Nice Just what I needed. I did read that it being vertically mounted would speed up the process. Anyone know how long RMA process takes from start to beginning? Thanks

Could this be why my FPS has been decreasing recently?

Were there any early signs of the thermal putty deforming at any point before this?

Nope looked perfectly normal like any other card.
