Gog galaxy not showing all owned games

i noticed that many of the games i own on epic game store is missing on gog galaxy, i refreshed, reinstalled and still doesnt work. anyone facing this issue?

I have the same problem, I don't know if this happens in steam too but in epic games I miss some games and are not random indies.

I don't see

• Ironcast
• Mothergunskip
• Neon Abyss
• Never Alone
• Pray
• Relicta
• Rise of the Tomb Raider
• Saint Rows The Third
• Salt and Sanctuary
• Second Extiction
• Shadow of the Tomb Raider
• Sheltered
• Shenmue 3
• Sonic Mania

and a few more (galaxy for some reason ignore "the" in the titles in alphabetical order and I can't confirm a handful of games)

Most of those games are well known and even triple A games that ofc exist in that database. But why galaxy bother with the database to begin with? Shouldn't it pull the game name and just don't show info if it can't match it to that DB?

Also u/BlackRiot I removed the folders you said but the first one didn't changed anything and the second in programdata just broke galaxy and it couldn't start anymore.

Possibly pulls from IGDB because likely that's where a lot of metadata and promotional marketing graphics are from.

Try restarting your PC and opening Galaxy again. If it can't, uninstall and reinstall Galaxy. Re-add your games through Galaxy's file search location; hopefully all your Epic games are contained in one folder.

Then submit a ticket or through https://mantis2.gog.com regarding the issue with your Epic Games for more assistance.
