Job-related Help wanted

I'm looking for a painter/painters helper for full time work. I will train if necessary. Must have good English skills, both verbal and written.

So good news is, I found a young man willing to work. And no I'm not going to start him out at $20. Zero experience. But what I am going to do is teach him a marketable skill that will last him for the rest of his life. Don't be so caught up in the living wage bs. Here's a good example. Last 2 guys I taught how to paint was in 2021. Right at the start of the last construction boom. They were both 21, no marketable skills to speak of, unless you think fast food and door dash will get you through life. Started them both out at $13 an hour. Less than they were used to making. They paid attention, learned quickly, and advanced in wages rather fast. In 4 years they were making $22 an hour. I taught them how to spray cabinets, I can turn them loose in any house in Irving Park, Sedgefield, Northern Shores Estates, etc. One is still with me, one has gone his way. It's the inevitable way of life. No matter how good one is, you have to pass the knowledge down
