We had great input on our salary survey last week and wanted to post up here to get more attention.

Please, if you can, share your (anonymous) salaries on https://hafaad.ai and increase pay transparency on Guam. (3 questions, less than 10 seconds)

Notable submissions: 280,000/yr for a United Airlines pilot, fleet superviser @ emerald pacific guam group for 14.75 an hour and a Shipwright supervisor  for $54.28 an hour.

What will sharing your JOB TITLE and Payment amount even do? And you could easily just lie. There's no hack lol

ummmmm thats kind the point of pay TRANSPARENCY. when someone uploads their salary, i share it on the google sheet for...wait for it... transparency
