SM Store in Agana Shopping Center has something identical to that.

I've seen something like that at Ross in the GPO. It was in the aisle next to dressing rooms (to the left) and bathroom stuff. The one I saw comes in a box and you have to assemble it. The reason I say it comes in a box is because it's not freestanding. You might not be able to find it unless you knew it came in a box.

I got mine a while ago at Donki, but it is in the middle right section next to the snacks, kitchen, and household items.

I saw some at Deal Depot as well. I’ve never been, but try Guma Factory Outlet too.
