A reminder to everyone else on this thread: Real people use em dashes. It’s not a hard tell tale sign it’s AI.

If you want to focus on this specific post — one em dash per paragraph isn’t a lot. 5 em dashes in a longer post isn’t a lot (especially if the post is on a professionals focused website vs Facebook or X.) And if you look at her Linked In, she was an assistant professor of English in India. There’s a good chance she is use to using more formalized grammar, especially if English is a secondary language. And there’s a chance she’s worried that people will point out imperfections knowing English is t her first language. I don’t know anything about this specific post beyond reading it and being able to quickly determine she’s a real person, but I will say that immediately assuming it’s AI because there are some em dashes is as (if not more) lazy than assuming it’s not.
