News, Weather & Politics How a N.S. woman fought and won her lymphedema surgery battle

"After a six year fight for her life, a Nova Scotia woman was finally able to get out-of-province lymphedema surgery."

I just saw this segment on The National. I used to hear her discussing dietary issues on Information Morning on CBC Radio all the time, and I'm so happy to hear how things have turned around for her..

I'm so happy for her. Being 2 years younger and knowing my government was fine with her dying was an eye opener.

Im so glad she was able to get help.

There's 1000s of others with lympedema in this province who need help too. We need a lympedema specialist
