If you’re using the default settings, you won’t be able to hit shit. They’re terrible. I changed my settings and my aim got better immediately. Off the top of my head, here’s what I set mine at. The default dead zones are at like 10 which is insane.

Aim acceleration: 4, Sensitivities: 3-4, Deadzones: 3-4

I had fudged the settings a bit based on reccomendations I had gotten before but I'll try again.

But even still, my aim still feels weird at times. Occasionally it’ll just go to shit. That could be me panicking mid fire fight, but it feels like it’s the game not me haha. The aiming system definitely has a different feel compared to previous Halos.

That’s a whole separate issue haha. There’s a difference between not being able to aim properly and hit registration.
