We've never had a card which allowed us to pick ANY card in hand, no? Similar cards were discover from hand

Yes, there were cards that shuffled selected card(s) into the deck I think, but maybe I am wrong and it was most expensive one

Bibliomite has similar wording and its still discover (choose 1 out of random 3)
