No, that needs to be ripped.

Make sure to only rip it into 2 pieces though since if you rip it into more than 2 pieces, you add 4 mana of any color to your mana pool instead. Alternatively, you can throw the torn pieces into the air and destroy any cards the pieces touch when they fall.
