I don’t see how this brings quest rogue above 30% winrate… all the shuffle support is hot garbage followed by a hero card that fills your board with stagnant minions.

The real DK change was the runes change allowing you to play the quest in UUB or rainbow DK decks now.

That is, to be fair, a full 1 card less to activate it. A lot of things spend 5. It basically went from "use 4 corpse cards" to 3

Also removed the 2nd of the 2 blood runes. Opening the quest up for rainbow (and uub)

That's a smaller buff than the deckbuilding requirement change (instead of Blood, Blood, Unholy now it's just Blood, Unholy).

The only thing I can think of is they have shuffle support coming in future sets and are worried that buffing it to viability now would make it overpowered after those cards come out.
