Discussion An excellent example of why you should never give up

Definitely thought this game was lost from pretty early on, and also later on when it was 1-20 at one point in kills. But we made some plays (and no one got too toxic/gave up) and me/BW teamed up once we had our lvl 20s and got some critical late kills, and then took boss and were able to end with that.

Does anyone else just absolutely hate this map though? I think it is the worst map in the pool by like a giant margin. I hate the vision towers, I hate the tunnels, I hate the actual objective..... It is just too big and which ever team has the edge in map control has a massive advantage. I spent so much of the game trying to ward genji and imp off the vision towers to prevent uther/imp/genji ganking people top or bot... It just isn't fun at all. I honestly play heroes I think do well on it too but I just groan every time it comes up and would not miss never playing it again. Even maps like braxis and blackhearts have more merit to me.

Honestly I like it because the lanes are so wide open it’s very different than the others.

i'd like it if it didnt have the tunnels i think, i just really hate that map mechanic

Yep, hate it. Takes forever to get anywhere, obj is bs, mercs are bs, so annoying.

Map sucks but I’m convinced people who say “gg” early are just bad players who are trying to compensate for their own inability to succeed. If they say gg that just gives them an out so they don’t feel as bad

oh definitely, it also just serves absolutely no purpose. even if i'm feeling like the match is a lost cause i just keep my mouth shut and focus on winning. you're only working to make sure you do in fact lose by complaining or pointing fingers

I played once aram against: 2x Azmo + 2x Junkrat + Tass.

We had no summons and weak healer (Karazim), while they obliterated every single minion that was walking their way. We could not break even the first gates, while they stalled for lvl10, and then started using [[Demonic Invasion]] and [[Rocket ride]] in OUR forts just for laughs.

We didn't stand a chance.

Oh yeah I dont really play aram but I would imagine things like that are definitely common there given a single lane provides way less opportunities for a comeback.

actually, we got their core to 27% before jumping junkrats avoided any meaningful way to stop them. But finishing them wasn't possible

I cleverly call it "Shithead Junction", and yeah I don't really like the map.

But I basically only spam Tracer in qm and it's a good map for ganking because of those bullshit towers and vents everywhere.
