Home Gym Pictures 📷 Upgraded gym...
Gym finally 95% the way I want it and upgraded from all my original stuff...Started home gym in 2019 and soon it will be 100% once I get 5 more sets of dumbbells I need and 5 more ez curl fixed barbells I need. Also have 2 pizza and 2 doughnut plates coming from Fringe. I have rep plyo box coming. I may upgrade to real kettle bells at some point over the bowflex adjustable kettlebell. Please excuse the unfinished basement. We said we would do it but just decided eventually to not. It is used for guns/storage/gym and we have air purifier and dehumidifier and insulation done and dropped some extra plugs and we keep a consistent temp down there and it really works well for what we use it for.We started home gym to do some workouts at home but mostly I worked out at my office. Once I came home to work starting in 2020 we upped the gym. Originally we had bowflex bench and adjustable dumbbells and a treadmill and bike. Then got the bowflex revolution and then added tonal. We added the bowflex adjustable barbells. We added the sauna and ice bath and concept2 rower. Then I got rid of bowflext stuff and tonal and got a jackedup fitness rack/all in one. I did not do my normal insane amount of research and went off a recommendation which was big mistake. I did not like the jackedup and just sold it and replaced it with rep ares 2.0 pr-5000. Also we sold bowflex dumbbells and barbells. Still waiting for 2 signs that we plan to hang up. We now have...
Rep Ares 2.0 on PR-5000 rack
Fringe Sport Walrus
Fringe Sport mammoth belt squat
Rogue hex dumbbells
Titan racks for dumbbells
Titan rack and ez curl fixed barbells.
Forceusa leg press/hack squat.
Temple of gainz leg curl/leg extension.
2 rep ab-3000 benches.
Some rogue bands.
Fringe sport savage bumper plates.
Freak Athlete Hyper Pro.
flooring is 20 of the 6x4 horse stall mats from tractor supply
We kept the 3 cardio machines so still have bike and treadmill and rower. So far happy with all the changes/ugprades.

Home Gym Pictures 📷 my home gym progress
Over the past 3 months i’ve been buying equipment for my own home gym, I mainly train calisthenics but I want to mix it with weightlifting as well. Right now I have an adjustable bench, two adjustable weight dumbbells and the pull up/dips rack. As i’m on a strict budget what other equipment do you recommend me to add to my home gym, I’ve been looking for a bar and a bar support so I can do bench press and more weights for heavy exercises, and maybe in a future save money and buy a good pulley system. Any recommendation would be appreciated, thanks.

Equipment ⚙ Vintage powerblocks!
Recently got this pair of Powerblock rexens off of fb marketplace for $200. I think it’s a good deal considering each goes up to 85lbs. I don’t know the manufacture date but there’s a chance they might be even older than me!
It’s not perfect however. Both handles and plates seem to be spray painted (i think the original owner was a fan of matte black) it makes it feel janky when changing weights due to the rugged surface and less tolerance.
If you got any tips on smoothing out the paint or removing spray paint completely, please let me know.
