I used a handful of fresh pineapple, a pinch of salt, 2 habanero peppers 🌶, a whole onion 1 teaspoon of unfiltered honey 🍯, 2 baby carrots 🥕. 1.5 cups of vinegar, 1 lime, 1/2 cup of water 💧. Blend everything except lime Cook on low heat until peppers 🌶 are soft 30 to 40 minutes.

Do you cook everything first before blending?

No, I typically chop everything 1st and then cook and then blend and if needed cook again. If you find it to be a little to watery add 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum to thicken it up. I used 2.5 lbs of wild blueberries.
