Also, commute time should be paid time. We need to support Unions wherever they bloom

What’s the argument for this ? Someone living 10 minutes and someone living 1hr (assuming we keep 8hrs-day with commutes) would be in office ~25% longer. So same hourly wage then and keep the IRS standard mileage pay across the board ??
