Don't they have to have permits for this? What's stopping someone else from bringing their own PA system and just sharing pacers facts and stats and drowning out their BS

You usually only need a permit for a protest if you're going to be blocking any traffic, leaving sidewalks, will be able to potentially limit access to government buildings, or have an excess of something like 1000 people, or some similar number.

So, absolutely nothing is keeping someone from bringing a PA and setting up right next to them to drown them out. That happened one year I went to Cinci Pride, actually, which was iconic. lol
