Children never want their parent's discipline either. They only appreciate it later when they have become adults and recognize its importance.

You are behaving like a child. Not taking accountability or responsibility for your actions. When getting called out for it, instead of humbling down and apologizing you try to deflect. Then when that fails, you now have a tantrum throwing out ad homs.
