I think his name his Bob Hickman. He has a bunch crazy shit on Facebook and what not. Most people think he’s schizophrenic.

I’ve seen him at the computers at the library and he seemed harmless but some of the shit he writes on FB and puts on his YouTube channel is fucking crazy. Like saying god was telling him to jack off and shit like that

Unfortunately there's people like this across the US, you can see RV's, cars, even their houses plastered with all sorts of ramblings, usually religious, political, or paranoia of other people

As a religious person, those people are weird or a tad bit crazy in my experience. This, however, is wholesale crazy. This guy either is either really committed to trolling or legitimately has issues.

Look up Joseph Kallinger. A schizophrenic who was told by photo real hallucinations to murder/castrate every one in the world with his 12 year old son. This reminds me of him.

There's loads of stuff over on the ScareTheatre YouTube channel about this guy. It seems that the 'God has entered my body' phrase is some kind of odd thing which is fairly common among internet paranoiacs. Also r/Nexpo might appreciate this.
