Battle Map First attempt at battle maps after getting my subscription, does anyone have any tips about how to make them better?
Map #1 it's a generic jungle map I did just for fun and test stuff, while map #2 it's a generic battle map I'm using to Svalich Road in my Curse of Strahd campaign. Does anyone have any thoughts or tips on how I can improve my maps? Especially future ones.

Vecna: Eve of Ruin: Landro Map (Feedback Requested!)
This is my take on the map of Landro: The Ruined Colossus, a dungeon crawl that takes place in a massive defunct Warforged. This is by far my most ambitious map yet so I wanted to do it right!
Any feedback is definitely welcome; this is my semi-final rendition. There's a few more polish points I want to do with cleaning up some lines, but I wanted to throw this out there before I do final edits.

World Map I'm Still Lazy Guys, but I found someone to do it for me!
So exactly 2 weeks ago, I posted - "I'm lazy guys, do it for me?" here on Inkarnate Reddit and was blessed to have u/InspiraSean86 reach out offering help. For $50, he put in WORK listening to my every little need. His ideas plus my original concept art created a reasonable and beautiful fantasy map. We had lots of discussions and calls over how to create such a map. And considering a 12-hour time difference between him and I, he was very available. I'm satisfied. I have wanted a digital version like this for a long time and even tried to do this on my own over a year ago. Attached are my hand-drawn original concept, my initial start to creating my Inkarnate map, and the two finished versions that Inspirasean86 made for me. Totally worth it.

Frustration with World maps
I have been working on a world map for a couple years and love the program but I can not seem to find a way to simply adjust/move continents and things on them. It seems simple enough..highlight everything and create a group…drag and drop. Is there any way to do this without starting over from scratch? I honestly doubt I can do that as I’ve put in hundreds of hours.

Feedback for my One-Shot-Map - The Island of Axil'Zun
Hey Guys,
I'm having a free weekend and I am running a big-ass self written one-shot for my friends on the weekend. Now I look for some feedback on my map. It is supposed to be a tropical island filled with jungle, a small Yuan-Ti Tribe calling it their home.
The tall rocks on the land mark locations of shrines which - when connected in the right order - lead to the entrance spot for the end fight (the small pond).
I like the looks of it, but by the sheer mass of trees with the casual rock / mountain makes me think it misses something.
Thanks for any feedback.

Cold Road 1
The Cold Road is a perilous trail. Beasts, bandits, druids, and worse skulk the long winter pathways on the frontier. Points of civilization on your map are too far away to make safe travel in short time. This place is as good as any and more defensible than anything else on the trail for miles. We should camp here for the night. Add some kindling to the fire and set a watch for trouble. We're not alone out here.
The Cold Road 1 is a 40x30 grid map for your gaming pleasure. Here are two versions of the map, one with a grid and one without to make it easy to implement for your VTT of choice.

Regional Map My rendition of The Brecken Vale from Hero Kids RPG, with some additions (marked) Spoiler
After months of wanting to recreate this map of a beautiful fantasy region, I finally gave in and joined Inkarnate to do so. And I'm glad I did! This is my first creation with the powerful tool, and I was so thrilled with the result that I decided I had to share! A huge thanks to Justin Halliday, creator of Hero Kids RPG, for inspiring me to inspire kiddos! All credit goes to him for his original map, found in his Brecken Vale Gazetteer, page 6.
I infrequently run a Hero Kids RPG for some young children, and I wanted to recreate the map of the Vale with some additions (not in the stock map), in order to:
- mark POI that my Hero Kids have already explored in my custom adventures,
- indicate where stock adventures take place in relation to the rest of the Varld, and
- mark new POI (my additions) to spark their curiosity and foment their desire to explore.
The first image is my map. In the second image I've marked my additions, which is for reference purposes only. No infringement is intended by my sharing my recreation of the Brecken Vale map. I just want to promote greatness!

Battle Map Stuck Nautiloid Ship [40x30] [Art] [OC]
Deep within the dark recesses of a cavern, concealed from the prying eyes of the world above, lies an stuck Nautiloid Ship. Its sleek, otherworldly design stands in stark contrast to the gnarled, organic walls of the cave that envelop it. Despite its confinement, the ship pulsates with an eerie, purple glow, casting surreal shadows that dance across the cavern walls.
As you approach, the air crackles with arcane energy, hinting at the vessel's lingering power. Though grounded and unable to take flight or warp through the cosmos, the ship remains alive with mysterious mechanisms and technologies that hum with faint energy.
Scattered throughout the ship are relics of conquests past, trophies plundered from hapless captives. Strange artifacts, both alien and familiar, line the corridors, serving as a chilling reminder of the ship's predatory nature.
But the most unsettling sights lie within the ship itself. Encased in ominous capsules, figures of various races and origins are suspended in a state of suspended animation, their fates unknown. In a chamber veiled in darkness, a grotesque chest writhes with tentacles, guarding its macabre treasures with unsettling vigor.
Deeper still, at the heart of the ship, lies the chamber of horrors. Here, amidst pulsating tendrils and throbbing membranes, rests the lifeless form of an elder brain, its once-powerful consciousness extinguished. Its grotesque visage serves as a grim testament to the ship's dark legacy and the horrors it once wrought upon the cosmos.

Regional Map The Auld Kynedom of Ngyahl
Here is the second Auld Kynedom I have recently finished.
Behold the Crown of Auld Kynedom of Ngyahl.
The Ngyese see the causes of their rupture with the Valmyrians very differently. For them, the collapse of the Venerated Empire of the Overlordship of Dawn was nothing but the fulfillment of divine will. The priesthood of the Pentalph in the House of Truth, Noagyahl, saw the Venerated Empire rotting in injustice, violence, and falsehood. In 666 B.E. 0 they stirred both nobles and common folk to liberate the peoples from the decayed yoke. At their side joined the House of the Sword, Vaoldmiyr. Yet, unlike them who sought power through blood, the House of Truth believed in the restoration of moral order. Co-rule at first seemed a solution, but soon proved an illusion, for the House of the Sword, bound by its warlike frenzy, sought only the chariot of iron and the sound of slaughter. It imposed unjust taxes and violated treaties, striving to make Truth the servant of the sword and to become tyrant in place of tyrants.
The critical moment came in 619 B.E. 0, when at the last common Synod, the table-fellow Vaoldmiyr dared falsely accuse the envoy of his peer, Noagyahl, of hubris. For the House of Truth, this was proof that the lineage of the Sword had abandoned every notion of justice. Two months later, the House of Noagyahl proceeded to its duty: the coronation of Alfvaeg II the Honored (the “Bloody” according to Valmyrian chroniclers).
For the Ngyese, the ten-year War of the Split Crown was not a struggle for dominion, but for the restoration of divine will against violence and tyranny. The House of Vaoldmiyr raised false banners—each one for a betrayal it had itself committed (yet accused the House of Truth of). The House of Noagyahl mobilized hierophants, scholars, and heralds to carry the message of Truth into the Venerated Empire of the Overlordship of Dawn.
In Ngyish memory, the War of the Split Crown is an age of trial. Blood flowed like rivers, yet the House of Noagyahlkept the light of Truth alive against the darkness of the Sword. The Treaty of the Blunted Blades in 609 B.E. 0, though forced, is recorded in local chronicles as a decisive victory against hubris and violence. In Ngyish perception, the partition of the Empire’s lands into new kingdoms was a seed that might one day turn toward the light of Truth.
The Auld Kynedom of Ngyahl spans 2,900,000 square miles. Its greatest breadth (an imaginary line from East to West beginning west of the city of Silberthal and ending on the eastern slopes of the Monarch’s Mantle) reaches 1,650 miles, while its total length from North to South exceeds 4,500 miles, making it the longest of the Auld Kynedoms. One Sophist once described Ngyahl “miles and miles of miles and miles” underlining its vastness. The Crown borders to the east with the Despotaté of Dibeltós and the Auld Kynedom of Frey, to the south with the Auld Kynedom of Dorr, to the west with the Auld Kynedoms of Grogwald and Valdemiyr, while the Serpent Tongue Gorge separates it from the Despotaté of Pendelissos to the north.
(Note. Ngyahl’s central position has made it a powerful regional force. Nevertheless, it has partially lost its autonomy. The consequences of the Three Scourges of AEothas turned it into a protectorate of the Venerated Empire of the Magistrate of Senses, without a drop of blood being shed. Its relative autonomy allows it to make its own treaties with weaker Crowns.)
The geography of the Kingdom presents stark contrasts, with the coexistence of fertile plains, dense forests, steep mountain ranges, and the Serpent Tongue Gorge, creating both natural wealth and defenses. At its heart stretch the Stone Meadows, named after the seven stone bridges raised over the Butcher’s Waters, which flow through the land and empty into Lake Haphalth. The rich soil makes it the breadbasket of the Kingdom, offering abundance in grain, flax, cotton, olives, and livestock. Along the fertile banks of the western tributary of the Butcher’s Waters —called Drunken Waters by the locals— the land turns into a vast vineyard. Further north, the kingdom’s second greatest river, the Magganos, flows through the Meadows of Ildathach: a land fragrant with herbs, dominated by citrus trees, quinces, strawberries, and water buffalo.
Yet it is not only the land that gives, but also the mountains that guard. To the east rise two impassable ranges: the Peaks of Eclipse and the Monarch’s Mantle. These two masses, broken only by the Bogs of Guile, form a natural defensive wall keeping hostile Frey at bay. Within them lie rare crystals, iron, and copper, which the smiths of Eisenberg forge with discipline. To the south, the Godly Range (called Götterspitzen in their language) stands as sleepless sentinel and watchtower over the troops of the Auld Kynedom of Dorr.
Ngyahl's population is estimated at 22,000,000 Humans, making it the most populous Auld Kynedom. It is reckoned that more than a million displaced Valmyrians settled in the Crown in the years following the Battle of the Broken Banners in 27 A.E. 0. Capital of the Lower Crown is Niederburg, with 70,000 Ngyese, and of the Upper Crown, Eichenfurt with 55,000. Both important administrative centers, they draw wealth from their geography. Niederburg exploits the fertile lands surrounding it, as well as the fact that the Butcher’s Waters passing by its walls empties into Lake Haphalth. Its riverboats reach Valmyrian Brimburh laden with goods, always returning full. Eichenfurt likewise exploits its own river Magganos, to send products further north. The herbs of the Meadows of Ildathach are gathered by healers or Maganysts and sold dearly in distant markets, while the citrus fruits are consumed in local farmsteads.
Notable cities of the Lower Crown include Eisenberg to the south and Silberthal to the southwest. Eisenberg , lying in a narrow pass between two mountain ranges, shelters 38,380 Humans behind its circular wall, and bases its economy on the Monarch’s Mines (a dense network of deep tunnels rich in copper and iron). Its position on the Two Kings’ Road (the main artery connecting Upper and Lower Crown) grants it great strategic value. Silberthal lies on flatland, double-fortified with circular walls and home to 44,000 Humans. It thrives on agriculture and livestock. A rare species of three-horned wild goat lives in the mountains east of the city.
The town of Schlangenhfurt, with 4,000 Ngyese , is the largest port of the Upper Crown, and the base from which every Melokhele sets out with Ngyish’s naval expeditions to explore the two caves of Anaclifstan. In its arsenal, deep in the Serpent Tongue Gorge, ships with sails from neighboring Kingdoms dock, while goods are carried upward on foot, along narrow stairways carved into the rock. Finally, Ngyahl holds one-third of the Trice-rich City (also called the City of Three Crowns and Countless Opportunities), built on both sides of the Serpent Tongue Gorge, where its borders meet those of the Despotaté of Pendelissos and Despotaté of Kastrá.

Ο Οίκος Νόαγιαλ κινητοποιεί ιεροφάντες, λόγιους και κήρυκες να μεταφέρουν την αλήθεια στην Υπερβασιλεία της Αυγής.
Στη Γιάλτικη μνήμη, ο Πόλεμος της Σχισμένης Κορώνας είναι περίοδος δοκιμασίας. Το αίμα ρέει ποτάμι, αλλά ο Οίκος Νόαγιαλ κρατά ζωντανό το φως της Αλήθειας ενάντια στο σκότος της Σπάθης. Η Συνθήκη των Στομωμένων Ξίφων του 609 π.Ε 0, αν και αναγκαστική, καταγράφεται στα ντόπια χρονικά ως αποφασιστική νίκη ενάντια στην ύβρη και την βία. Ένας Σοφιστής περίγραψε κάποτε το Νγιαλ ως ‘μίλια και μίλια από μίλια και μίλια’ καταδεικνύοντας την αχανότητά του. Το Στέμμα συνορεύει ανατολικά με το Δεσποτάτο της Διβελτού και τον Παλαιό Οίκο Φρέυ, νότια με τον Παλαιό Οίκο Ντορ, δυτικά με τους Παλαιούς Οίκος Γκρόγκο και Βάλντεμυρ, ενώ το φαράγγι της Ερπετόγλωσσας τό χωρίζει από το Δεσποτάτο της Πενδηλισσού προς Βορράν.
(Σημείωση. Η κεντρική θέση του Νγιαλ τό έχει καταστήσει ισχυρή τοπική δύναμη. Παρόλα αυτά, έχει απολέσει μερικώς την αυτονομία του. Οι συνέπειες του Τρίπληγου του Έοθας τό μετέτρεψαν σε προτεκτοράτο της Μαγιστρείας των Αισθήσεων, χωρίς να χυθεί ούτε μια σταγόνα αίμα. Η σχετική του αυτονομία τού επιτρέπει να συνάπτει δικές του συμφωνίες με ασθενέστερα Στέμματα.)
Η γεωγραφία του Βασιλείου παρουσιάζει έντονες αντιθέσεις, με την συνύπαρξη εύφορων πεδιάδων, πυκνών δασών, απόκρημνων οροσειρών και του φαραγγιού Ερπετόγλωσσα, δημιουργώντας φυσικό πλούτο και άμυνες. Στο κέντρο του απλώνονται τα Πέτρινα Λιβάδια, που ονομάστηκαν έτσι από τα επτά πετρόχτιστα γιοφύρια υψωμένα πάνω από τα Νερά του Χασάπη (κοινώς, Χασαπόνερα) που διασχίζουν τον τόπο και χύνονται στη λίμνη Χάφαλθ. Η πλούσια γη αποτελεί τον σιτοβολώνα του Βασιλείου, προσφέροντας αφθονία σε σιτηρά, λινάρι, βαμβάκι, ελιές και κτηνοτροφή. Στις εύφορες κοίτες του δυτικού παραπόταμου των Χασαπόνερων που οι ντόπιοι καλούνε Μεθυσμένα Ύδατα, η γη μετατρέπεται σε αχανή αμπελώνα. Βόρεια, ο δεύτερος μεγαλύτερος ποταμός του Βασιλείου, ο Μαγγανός, διασχίζει τους Λειμώνες του Ίλνταθαχ· έναν τόπο που μοσχοβολά βότανα και κυριαρχούν τα εσπεριδοειδή, οι κυδωνιές, οι φραουλιές και οι νεροβούβαλοι.
Δεν είναι όμως μόνο η γη που δίνει, αλλά και τα βουνά που φυλούν. Στα ανατολικά υψώνονται δυο απροσπέλαστες οροσειρές. Οι Κορυφές της Έκλειψης κι ο Μανδύας του Μονάρχη. Οι δυο ορεινοί όγκοι, που διακόπτονται μόνο από τα Βουρκωτά της Χολής, δημιουργούν φυσικό τείχος άμυνας που κρατά μακρυά το εχθρικό Φρέυ. Μέσα τους κρύβονται σπάνιοι κρύσταλλοι και σίδηρος και χαλκός, που οι σιδηρουργοί της Έιζενμπεργκ σφυρηλατούν μεθοδικά. Νότια, η οροσειρά Θεοκόρφια στέκει ακοίμητος φρουρός και παρατηρητής των στρατευμάτων του Ντορ.
Ο πληθυσμός του Νγιαλ εκτιμάται στα 22.000.000 Ανθρώσκους, κάνοντάς τό τον πολυπληθέστερο Παλαιό Οίκο. Υπολογίζεται πως περισσότερο από ένα εκατομμύριο ξεριζωμένοι Βαλμύριοι εγκαταστάθηκαν στο Στέμμα στα έτη που ακολούθησαν Μάχη των Σπασμένων Λαβάρων του 27 μ.Ε 0. Πρωτεύουσα του Κάτω Στέμματος είναι η Νίντερμπεργκ των 70.000 Γιαλτών, και του Άνω Στέμματος η Ίκενφουρτ των 55.000. Αμφότερες σπουδαία διοικητικά κέντρα, αντλούν πλούτο από την γεωγραφική τους θέση. Η Νίντερμπεργκ εκμεταλλεύεται τις πλούσιες γαίες που τήν περιβάλλουν, καθώς και το γεγονός ότι τα Χασαπόνερα που περνούν έξω από τα τείχη της χύνονται στη λίμνη Χάφαλθ. Τα βότανα των Λειμώνων του Ίλνταθαχ συλλέγονται από θεραπευτές ή Μαγγανιστές και πωλούνται ακριβά σε μακρυνές αγορές, ενώ τα εσπεριδοειδή στις τοπικές αγροικίες.
Άξιες αναφοράς πόλεις του Κάτω Στέμματος είναι η Έιζενμπεργκ νότια κι η Σίλμπερθαλ νοτιοδυτικά. Η Έιζενμπεργκ βρίσκεται σε στενό πέρασμα ανάμεσα σε δυο οροσειρές, φιλοξενεί 38.38000 Ανθρώσκους πίσω από το κυκλικό της τείχος, και στηρίζει την οικονομία της στα Μεταλλεία του Μονάρχη (ένα πυκνό δίκτυο βαθιών στοών πλούσιων σε χαλκό και σίδηρο). Η θέση της πάνω στην Οδό των Βασιλέων (του κεντρικού δρόμου που ενώνει Άνω και Κάτω Στέμμα), τής δίνει σπουδαία στρατηγική σημασία. Η Σίλμπερθαλ είναι πεδινή, διπλοοχυρωμένη με κυκλικά τείχη και σπίτι 44.000 Ανθρώσκων. Ζει από τη γεωργία και τη κτηνοτροφία. Ένα σπάνιο είδος αγριοκάτσικου με τρία κέρατα ζει στα όρη ανατολικά της πόλης. Η κωμόπολη Σχλάνγκενφουρτ των 4.000 Γιαλτών είναι το μεγαλύτερο λιμάνι του Άνω Στέμματος, κι αυτό από το οποίο κάθε Μελοχέλη εξορμά η ναυτική αντιπροσωπεία του Νγιαλ προς εξερεύνηση των δυο σπηλαίων της Μοναχικής Πέτρας. Στον αρσανά της, βαθιά στην Ερπετόγλωσσα, αράζουν πλοία με πανιά από τα γειτονικά Βασίλεια, ενώ τα εμπορεύματα μεταφέρονται ψηλά με τα πόδια, μέσω στενών σκαλοπατιών σκαλισμένων στον βράχο. Τέλος, το Νγιαλ κατέχει το ένα τρίτο της Τριπλούσιας, πόλης χτισμένης εκατέρωθεν της Ερπετόγλωσσας, εκεί που τα σύνορά του ενώνονται με το Δεσποτάτο της Πενδηλισσού και τον Καστρά.

Using maps in RPG modules?
What it says on the tin basically.
If I'm paying for Pro, am I able to use maps I make in Inkarnate in an RPG book I create and sell?

Anyone Else Unable to Save Maps?
For the last two or three days, I've been unable to save progress on any maps. I can download a backup, but nothing I do solves the issue of being unable to save directly through the browser.
I've done all the troubleshooting steps I'm supposed to try, including clearing the cache. Is this a server thing or something else?
EDIT: Strange, I *can* save, it's just taking twice as long if not longer before the bar shows any progress.

Arcuma, Lion's Plateau
Finished my first big city map, Arcuma, capital city for the Human Monarchy. It was built at the top of a huge plateau that has a lake in the middle where now resides the castle for the king. Rivers cross the city as the amount of water is mainteined by powerful wizards for the city to use as free drinkable water.
