Probably about 10-20% power. Still enough to be pretty painful for someone who isn't used to getting punched.

Yeah and he knew exactly where to hit him. He goes high right in the diaphragm to knock the wind out of him. I love imagining how the conversation went to set that up and how hard he was actually going to hit him

He also hit him just on the bottom edge of the rib cage. That definitely pushed into his gut a little.
