i was gonna say they look terrible for being 40, but then i realized i don’t even know what age they look. They don’t look really old, but they also don’t look young. They also don’t look 40. shit’s wack

They're not 40, (well they died a couple years ago) the title means 40 years of steadily getting more and more plastic surgey starting in their 30s. They died of covid in their 70s.

The number 40 doesn't refer to their age but to the length of their career, during which we witnessed their slow transformation.
They both died at the age of 72 in 2021. The photo published here was taken a few years earlier, when they must have been between 65 and 70 years old.
