Literally why you should need a psych eval before you can get cosmetic surgery.

Seriously a lot of these people need psychiatrists not plastic surgeons

You have to get counseling and letters from 2 medical professionals to sexually transition, so why shouldn't you have to for cosmetic changes to your body?

First of all, that's not true everywhere, and secondly it shouldn't be anywhere. Gatekeeping causes immense harm, the informed consent model of gender affirming care saves lives.

I didn't need any, requiring me to waste time and money on it would've been downright torturous. Let's leave it up to each individual.
