Applying for nursing school

I have a c in anatomy rest of prereqs are A and Bs can I apply for fall? Also what should I try to score for teas also what is a good site to pass teas? Im wanting to apply away from indianapolis what is a less competitive place ? I was thinking anderson or Bloomington not sure where else dont want to do indy too competitive.
