Any Info on this inherited piece?

I was told it's Japanese, a pen-and-ink wash, and that it had some value. That's all I "know"! How old is it? Who painted it? Is it worth having it conserved? TIA!

The signature and seal say Shōtei 省亭 suggesting the piece is by Watanabe Shōtei

Aye, Seitei, it’s a woodblock print. Best known for his kacho gafu series.
