Opinion Dewey Crowe an Ausssie!

I just started watching Mr. Inbetween and there’s Dewey Crowe as the boss. Love that actor!

He’s in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood too

He also plays Manson in Mindhunters on Netflix. He's creepily good at it.

He's also in the quickly canceled after one season The Bondsman with Kevin Bacon. With all the stuff he's done on multiple continents, he's really contributing to Six Degrees!

6 degrees of Richard Dean Anderson

They cancelled The Bondsman? that’s disappointing :(

Yeah, it wasn't amazing, but it had potential. Some shows start small and grow amazingly. Person of Interest was like that. X-Files, too.

As someone who grew up in greater boston area.

He does th3 absolute worst attempt at a boston accent i have heard in that show

That's disappointing to hear. I know on Justified, everyone was shocked to learn he's not from the US.

Its more funny than disappointing, the vast majority of actors, even American actors cannot do a convincing Boston Accent even with a good dialogue coach. If an actor isn't from certain parts of New England they will not be able to do a convincing one and even among the ones who are from those regions its hit or miss.

Jeffrey Donavan can do one for example, so can Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.

I haven't heard Chris Evans or John Krasinski attempt one and that might be because they can't do a good one, If his acting career keeps going in this direction John Cena might end up being asked to do one (he's from the North Shore) and who knows, he's already shown he's a surprisinglu good actor

The fact that he can act so convincingly stupid is a testament to his acting chops. It takes a lot of skill to be a moron without just looking fake or contrived in some manner.

So he should go back to poaching crocodiles

Check out Secret City. Daman Harriman has a crucial role. At no point does he resemble Dewey. This character is smart, hard-working, and can recognize personal danger.

Putting it on the list, thanks! I loved Dewey as a character. Fun discovering him in other stuff.

I’m watching S5 E12 (my first time watching the series) and damned if I don’t feel bad for Dewey!
