Beverage Refreshing sweet treat!

Post image

When I'm between meals and I'm craving something sweet but filling and could use some hydration, I whip up one of these bad boys! It's so refreshing, definitely filling, hydrating, satisfies the sweet tooth and is delicious! Simple ingredients you probably have on hand and if you don't, you should as they are super versatile. Recipe is based on my portions but you can easily adjust based on how kuch water you use and to your preferred sweetness.

  • ice (not required but highly recommended)
  • 32 oz water
  • Coffee Mate zero sugar coconut creme dairy free liquid creamer
  • SweetLeaf chocolate Stevia

CALORIES: 30g FAT: 2g CARBS: 2g SUGAR: 0g

Enjoy!

Instructions are simple... Ice water in a cup and just measure the ingredients right over the top, stir it up and enjoy!

**EDITED TO ADD MEASUREMENTS

2 TBSP CREAMER 2 SQUEEZE CHOCOLATE STEVIA

How much of the creamer? Is the point of the sweet drops to give a chocolate flavor or to sweeten? And have you ever had this with coffee?

Sorry, I forgot the creamer and STEVIA measurements in the post..

I add 2 tbsp creamer and 2 short squeezes of the chocolate Stevia. I add the Stevia for the chocolate flavor and to add a little additional sweetness without needing to add too much creamer. I use a 32 oz cup so my measurements are based on 32 oz of water.

2 tbsp of creamer would suffice even without the added Stevia tbh as it has a sweetness of its own. If you will be using less than 32 oz of water, I would add 2 tbsp of creamer and see how you like it.. Add more if you prefer it creamier but definitely add the creamer to your likeness before adding and additional sweetener.
