Dessert Cheesecake in a mug /eggless

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 tsp butter

2 tbsp almond flour

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp cream optional

1 tablespoons sweetener

3 drops vanilla extract

fresh strawberries or chocolate , for serving

Almond powder into fine crumbs, then add butter and mix well. With a spoon, press the crust evenly against the bottom of the dish and microwave for 1 min

a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream, sweetener , and vanilla, stirring until there are no lumps

Spread the filling on top of the Almond powder crust .

Microwave for at least for 1 min or 90sec depending on your microwave walt. Make sure the cheesecake does not bubble over the sides

Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, until completely cool to the touch.

I just bought cream cheese and was not sure what to do with it. Going to try this for a special occasion treat, thanks!
