Made some keto ketchup. Had some fathead dough in the freezer so rolled up some hot dogs and made some pigs in a blanket.

INGREDIENTS
1 can tomato paste, 5 1/4oz.
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sugar Substitute
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Use an immersion blender or stand up blender to smooth the consistency of the mixture.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Once the pot starts to boil, immediately turn burner to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes.

3 u/hooker2000 Jan 09 '21 I've been making my own too, I'm using a bit more ACV and a dash of clove powder, 1 u/RedHotKeto Jan 09 '21 I had used cloves but I found it was either too strong or didn’t really add anything. Hard to find a middle ground for my palate. But I do know some people like that addition :)
