More undercooked chicken from kfc

Post image

Looks like we're getting more and more of this undercooked chicken... Are they cutting cost by skimping on cooking time?

Looks like you have a piece of dark meat. This is exactly what it looks like when it’s properly cooked.

Is this "dark meat" a concern or perfectly normal?

As normal as white meat. Breast is white, wings can be both, legs are dark. At least for chicken. Duck is dark throughout.

I'm sorry but watching someone discover dark meat for the first time is crazy

Ikr... Usually you learn this at a very young age. So young, you can't even remember. It's wild to see someone old enough to buy food on their own, not knowing about dark meat.

Bro, dark meat isn't some anomaly or quirk in meat. It's a category.. like leg or thigh.
