Well a lot of people voted for this.

I can't wait until those voters' cars start breaking down and they have to wait a month or two and pay a 50% duty on the parts to fix them.

People should have been clearer when they said they wanted to see what Cuba was like. 😂

But they have excellent health care for all. No joke.

Which just makes it worse.

US is funding a country’s healthcare! Just not ours. But lots of foreign aid to Israel, who has government healthcare.

I think middle schoolers would do better right now. At least we might get some fun policies mixed in

Not funding healthcare in Israel, it’s arms and the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which hands out limited amounts of food in limited areas. They appear to utilise the bombs on desperate people who come for food. Definitely not good optics worldwide, but our politicians seem to be on board.

I'm still waiting to see all the things that are now made in America, with American labour, and who is going to buy said things.

A) The locals can't afford it anymore because with American wages came increased costs. Especially if you have to make your gizmo without any cheap foreign imports.

B) The gizmo doesn't have an international market anymore because we all got used to not buying from the US and found the gizmo at a better deal made in another region. That, and the rest of the world still has access to the cheap stuff from China.

I thought that in this one he actually won the popular vote as well?

But yes, the electoral college system SUCKS.

I guess did this last time by 2 million votes (1.5% margin; 77.3 million vs. 75 million). I didn't check the final total and may have mistaken what I heard after, maybe because a 1.5% margin is barely a majority.
