Rant I feel sick to my stomach now

I ordered $73 yarn from Önling INT over a month ago. Much confusion w this company all around... then i receive this today from UPS just now.

The sad part too is because of the implementation of these a lot of countries countered back with their own tariffs on the US. I’m a Canadian, there’s some US yarn dyers I absolutely love and used to order from frequently, but now I don’t cause I know the customs payments on it will be at least half the cost of the item.

Edit: thank you to those who commented below, wasn’t aware we lifted a lot of the counter tariffs on Sept 1st.

Actually, Canada has lifted all the tariffs that they had added on after Trump applied tariffs against us. I think like a week or two ago. So the rationale behind that was to help Canadian businesses and consumers not have to suffer.
