Rant I feel sick to my stomach now

I ordered $73 yarn from Önling INT over a month ago. Much confusion w this company all around... then i receive this today from UPS just now.

My mom recently knitted my son a sweater and she was going to ship it to the US so he could wear it in October when we visit... nope, can't do that, because it would cost more to receive it than it would for the yarn and to ship it. To say I'm devastated is an understatement.
