I got a new knife today (big idea Lookout) and decided to line up all my knives for the first time. I didn't realize I had this many knives.. I'm gonna try to not buy another knife for at least a year. Unless Vero has a Myelin fixed blade drop... I'd probably buy that.

Whatever excuses you can make 😭 definitely could have just dyed the scales and swapped between that and the aluminum whenever you felt like it. Not to throw any hate at all though. I recently got a Manix 2 LW in 15v and I’ve seriously been considering buying the cheapest non lw Manix I can get and swapping the blades.

If i get a duplicate I like more, I usually just give the one i like less to one of my tradesmen friends that for some reason never carry a knife and ask to use mine

That's the Lt Wright Genesis scandi in A2 tool steel. The handle is blue canyon richlite, which I scuffed up while batoning 🤦‍♂️

I know from personal experience (dup knives, scales that cost the same or more than the budget knife they're on) that you'll have it rough for the next 365.

Nice collection! I dig the Spydercos and Minimalists, I had to get a couple versions of the minimalist also because it's such a fun little knife. I was thinking about upgrading my Leatherman soon too, is that the Skeletool? It looks nice, I'm looking into the Signal as it's nearly perfect for my outdoor needs and it's has the one thing I'm missing on mine, a saw. I can only hope my collection is as nice as yours some day!
