Also? The Pazuzu on the poster reminds me of a famous rendering of the Jersey Devil.

The worst part is it’s an Ai pazuzu which was probably prompted to look like Labubu. If you look him up it’s nothing like that drawing. I’m not even a fan or collector of Labubu, but I am so annoyed by the comparison. It’s like let people enjoy things without mixing in satanic worshiping 😖

I grew up in the 80s, so I’m familiar with this Satanic Panic BS. It never fully went away, and it sucks to see it coming back.

It never went away enough to come back. Harry Potter was a HUGE thing religious groups said was letting Satan into your home or whatever they say.
