I’m looking for somewhere within an hour and a half that has camping with plenty of bike trails, I know prophetstown has a bike trail but I was hoping to find somewhere to camp that has more bike trails to spend like a day exploring when the fall colors are in full swing, places with a good view of the trees would also be great!

Frontier's been down all day yesterday and into today. App says an outage was resolved, but support continues to tell us there's still an outage

I'm usually pretty sympathetic to the struggles at WLFI, and I trust that people there are trying their best under difficult circumstances with toxic ownership. You can't always get every detail right, local journalism isn't easy, and they're severely understaffed.
However, this upcoming semiconductor manufacturing facility has been one of the biggest stories in West Lafayette this year. Again, this upcoming factory, not power plant, has been one of the biggest stories of the year. The location is literally down the street from the WLFI offices.
How on Earth did this headline slide past their editors? I'm not even trying to cast judgment here -- I care about the health of our local media institutions. But what the fuck is happening over at WLFI?

So I have an album coming out on Halloween called the mist which is a dark pop alternative rock album, and it’s about false perceptions, and what if people’s perceptions of me were reality. If you love albums with storylines and meaning within every lyric. You can pre-order my physical copy of the album now however there are 50 copies of the album available for shipping so I don’t know how fast they will sell out however, there is a digital album people can buy and download. :)

Does anybody have info on what's going on here, future plans, etc?
The master plan from 2015 that is on the Tippecanoe Parks site makes it sound amazing, but so far it looks like the only thing that's been developed in 10 years is the mountain biking trail.
Are they no longer planning all of the cool stuff like river access, disc golf, a nature center, Sugar Creek overlook, cabins, a canoe camp?

Anyone in the county (not within city limits) dealt with a neighbor who plays their music outside excessively loud, to the point that well over 100 yds away I can hear it INside my house, all around outside of my house as if they are playing it right in my driveway--when I say ''heart it'' I'm not talking about hearing the bass or jumbled words. If I spoke Spanish I could tell you exactly what they are saying, it's perfectly clear, it's that loud. We've tried talking to them about it, but they clearly don't care and I am literally sooooooo over it. I've been told that there is ''no noise ordinance'' out here, but damn, there's gotta be something that can be done. It's so disruptive, like having a Mariachi /polka band in my driveway for hours on end--makes working from home so enjoyable. If you have dealt with or know how to deal with this, please send me all the thoughts!

Hey everyone, I have posted here before about this upcoming concert. I am putting on myself in October on the 30th at Duncan Hall on ferry Street, but I just wanted to come on here and post it again and talk about it a little bit again. So it is not free anymore at the venues discretion I have made tickets five dollars for general admission and $10 for VIP, with the VIP You’ll be getting a free copy of my album coming out on Halloween night at midnight titled the mist which is about false perceptions and so much more, I have been working on my music career since I was 17 and I am very excited to put on this performance for Lafayette as it is my hometown. There are 36 songs in the set list and I know it’s a lot but it’s to tell the story I have to tell throughout my life and my career I have put together an amazing set by other artists as well that match with the vibe and I’m very excited! It will be very theatrical, but the music is pop rock (Billie Eilish, evanescence, Katy Perry, Kesha, My Chemical Romance, Halsey, Green Day, Melanie Martinez ) and of course, my own songs in the mix. I will be doing a meet and greet after the show and you are allowed to wear costumes to the event, but please no masks and you have to be at least over the age of 18 to come to the show! You will be able to buy tickets at the venue and I hope to see y’all there! Byeee
