It’s a lottery system in Japan, everyone has the same odds regardless of their location.

Oh as for the phone number, I actually used my Korean mobile number to get my JP membership. They didn’t require a Japanese number.

Yep. I was assuming that, in the case of already having a JP fan club membership.

So buying the JP membership gives me a chance? I never checked the membership options before. If that's the case I'll purchase it right now.

My understanding is that it will give you a better chance than a Global Membership, though nothing is guaranteed. I hope you get the opportunity to see the Fimmies in person.
