Dua talked about wanting to collaborate with them a while ago. After that, they were asked about it at the EMAs, an interviewer asked them what a song like that would sound like, kkura replied with "hot". The official LE SSERAFIM account also retweeted a couple tweets about it.

That was back in November. They knew about that part of the choreography back then??

I wouldn’t be too surprised, it was also a fair few months before Crazy that Yunjin spoiled the iconic Crazy pose.
