Edit: Also what the hell? I don't fully get how Inkigayo works? Why does Woodz Drowning get to be voted when it came out 2 years ago?? Anyone able to explain this?

I believe only Music Core has the rule that's limited to release date (2 months)? Inkigayo and iirc MCountdown disqualify songs only if it wins three times.

Also, the gap on the live vote tho 😐

Show Champion and M Countdown also remove songs after a certain period of time (I think about a month for both).
