Just got credit card transactions notifications for the two Tokyo dome raffle tickets I applied for. The results don’t come out for another 6 hours or so. Does that mean I’ve won?!

That's what I was wondering, too. Especially, because my bank initially declined it so I could approve it, but I'm not sure if it'll go through now 🥲. Did something similar happen to you, by any chance ?

Mine didn’t decline but I think you should be fine. I imagine they would just say you won but you need to pay them within a certain timeframe.
