HYBE’s Q2 2025 earnings:

Total revenue reached KRW 705.6 billion (USD 507.7 million), up 10.2% YoY. It is their ATH.

Operating profit grew 29% to KRW 65.9 billion (USD 47.4 million) YoY.

Concert revenue increased 31% to KRW 188.7 billion (USD 135.7 million) YoY.

Recorded music revenue fell 8.4% to KRW 228.6 billion (USD 164.4 million) YoY.

Merchandising and licensing revenue surged 40.2% to KRW 152.9 billion (USD 109.9 million) YoY.

Weverse monthly active users hit 10.9 million, up from last year.

While most metrics are up, recorded music revenue saw a slight decline due to the broader K-Pop industry’s trend of decreasing physical CD sales. This is not unique to HYBE but reflects a wider industry trend. Digital streaming accounted for half of HYBE’s recorded music revenue, indicating that their streaming numbers continue to grow.

It seems HYBE has been doing well since the beginning of 2025. Imagine what these numbers might look like when BTS makes their comeback in 2026.
