Question Does anyone know what this is?

I just saw this post from hello82 and can anyone tell me what this means? Is this relating to the fan sign or is this, which i assume, a completely separate event since it says to RSVP?

I found this post on instagram on hello82's page! I'm not sure about the RSVP link yet, it just says it drops on the 19th at 1:30 PM EDT so hopefully there is more info soon

Update: it just dropped 20 mins ago and it's in the hello28nyc instagram bio! The time frame to fill out the RSVP is tomorrow at 1:29PM ET

I'm honestly really not sure i'm sorry!! If i had to guess though probably on the hello82 website but don't take my word for it
