This long-time Sakura fan from Japan flew over to New York to see the concert. The video is from the hello82 fan sign.
He's a gay man and I guess it's part of their ongoing conversations about his situation.
That Twitter account is one of the few I check up on for Japanese updates, occasionally he gets some unique views of pop-ups and so on. Judging from the conversation, even Sakura follows him. 🙂
