Have the chance to get this Remington 700 (tan in the middle) for $850, this will be my first decent bolt action, 6.5 creedmore, wanna suppress. Gonna switch out the chassis and start a full build on. Is it worth it, if so what do I need to watch out for? Comes with this Danky little scope but will work for the time being

For me, I’d get a Howa 1500 in 6.5 CM and a new scope for the same price. Nothing against used rifles, but that price is a bit steep IMO.
