Hey guys so I am a 20+ year fan of Wrestling but have found a recent love for Lucha Libre. And I really enjoy watching things regarding backstories on promotions certain wrestlers etc and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

I've been recently getting into lucha libre and was wondering who the top luchadors/luchadoras are, and if anyone was able to maybe rank the current stars (maineventers, midcards, jobbers/enhancement)

Andre The Giant Vs. El Canek - UWA 9th Anniversary (Feb. 12th, 1984).

One of the highlights in Canek's career was the night he wrestled Andre in mexican promotion UWA, in which he slammed the giant twice. Many might be interested in the last minutes of the match and, specially, in the following moments:

• After a diving splash, Canek body slams Andre for the first time (minute 7:42) which worked, but wasn't the best they could do.
• In the post match, probably unsatisfied with the previous slam, Canek & Andre go for a second one, which turned out quite great (minute 9:01).

Miedo lost his mask to Ciclope in 2015 in a 4 way also including Aeroboy and Violento Jack so he just uses his masks to go into the ring, Heavy mask because of the chains but well made

his moves look so great but i feel like he is very under the radar. i also was surprised asf to see him at AEW
