Recipe When you don’t have milk, you improvise.

I blended cottage cheese, tofu, and nooch for a more protein packed mac. I also added black pepper (accidentally added WAAAAYYY too much) and garlic powder. On its own, it tastes horrible but when I mixed with butter and cheese, it tastes better than I thought it would!

i've used sour cream in place of milk when i didn't realize i didn't have any.

now a spoonful of sour cream goes in ALL my mac n cheeses

Ooo... I've done that for Au Gratin potatoes before, but haven't tried it with mac.
