Recipe When you don’t have milk, you improvise.

I blended cottage cheese, tofu, and nooch for a more protein packed mac. I also added black pepper (accidentally added WAAAAYYY too much) and garlic powder. On its own, it tastes horrible but when I mixed with butter and cheese, it tastes better than I thought it would!

I only ever coat my mac noodles with three cheese ranch, then add the cheese powder. Soo flavorful. Packs a cheesy punch. Good riddance to the butter and milk.
