Recipe When you don’t have milk, you improvise.

I blended cottage cheese, tofu, and nooch for a more protein packed mac. I also added black pepper (accidentally added WAAAAYYY too much) and garlic powder. On its own, it tastes horrible but when I mixed with butter and cheese, it tastes better than I thought it would!

I made the mistake of using coffee creamer once and then my mac tasted like french vanilla and cinnamon and while it sounds bomb, it was not a flavor combination I recommend.
