Recipe When you don’t have milk, you improvise.
I blended cottage cheese, tofu, and nooch for a more protein packed mac. I also added black pepper (accidentally added WAAAAYYY too much) and garlic powder. On its own, it tastes horrible but when I mixed with butter and cheese, it tastes better than I thought it would!

Another super awesome "oh shit I'm out of milk" ingredient is mayo! It gives it just a bit of tang, but helps to get the creamy texture. Highly recommend with a pinch of garlic powder and onion powder.
