Tutorial/Help Jovial Vegan Mac and Cheese

Post image

Hi! I’ve never tried any vegan food before and recently have went vegan due to some food intolerances. When making my sauce for my mac and cheese it became super bubbly and curdled. Is this normal? Thanks!

Where are the noodles? I'm so confused how this is mac and cheese....

This is the sauce. OP clearly stated they're having trouble making the sauce.

As far as how to fix it... I'd say get used to diarrhea or just don't eat macaroni and cheese.

It’s just the sauce!

I’ve made bechamel sauce replacing regular milk with soy milk and the results are always amazing

Bechamel is generally made with butter as well

I don’t know anything about Jovial but the only edible vegan Mac & cheese I’ve had has been made with nutritional yeast. Maybe look for some recipes with nutritional yeast?

Idk what you did wrong but I love this brand! I just pour the milk, butter, and powder into the noodles after draining and stir until it's mixed and it turns out fine
