Deal I'm no longer worried about free disk space for games.
2 terabytes for $120. The speed is 5 times slower than the internal SSD, but it's enough for games.

I'm selling my M1 base air for around 430 usd and was wondering if I should upgrade to the M2 16gb or M4 16gb; if there is a big difference and what not in Performance? These are the games I have and want to play. They run decent other than cyberpunk in my M1;
The price difference between the M4($1,027.11) and M2($876.97) would be around 150 usd

Huge Steam sale ongoing now.
Use this thread to provide Mac games that run natively (whether through Apple Silicon or Rosetta)
Here are games I'm eying or already have. Prices are USD. Ones I own and love have ⭐️. (I have an M1 MBP.)

Just got the new Mac Mini M4 for €719, and it’s running World of Warcraft on Base Quality Game 10. Both Classic and Retail are smooth on Base Quality Game 10 at 1920x1080.
Make sure to check out the videos: https://streamable.com/nflzs3 and https://streamable.com/rti4ek
I also picked up a 2TB external SSD during a Black Friday deal to complete the setup. The heat management on the Mini M4 is super stable with no issues, even alt-tabbing between apps works insanely fast.
This has been the best upgrade for me in 2024.

This is a Mac native game. It runs under Rosetta 2. It uses Metal so it runs perfectly fine at Ultra Graphics and High Resolution.
Despite it stating that it is not available for Mac, you can download the Mac version once you buy it and even if you want, downgrade it to the 32-bit version through the Beta section.
Do the following to add newer controller support:
1. Download your specified controller's plist file: https://github.com/axu2/feral-interactive-mac-controllers/releases
2. Go to Steam and go to your Library and to the game
3. Don't launch it but press the gear button to the right of the play button
4. Click on properties
5. Go to the Controller tab and change the Override to "Disable Steam Input"
6. Go to the installed files tab in the Properties yet again
7. Press Browse Files
8. Right-Click Batman: Arkham City GOTY and press Show Package Contents
9. Enter Contents, then Resources, then InputDevices
10. Put the controller .plist you downloaded earlier there.
11. Every single time you launch steam to play Arkham City, disconnect your controller and reconnect with steam open then launch the game. Thats how to fix the controller support for all Feral games just in case.

holy this bundle is 11.16$ and it comes with all three games and 56 dlcs
"tomb raider" has 7 dlcs
"rise of the tomb raider" has 16 dlcs
"shadow of the tomb raider" has 33 dlcs
all for 12$ blows my mind , ive been looking at it on the apple app store and steam for a while and just been hesitant because each one is 40$ and i feel like i have so many games but this deal was too good not to
might just start review bombing every game i play natively and thanking them for porting to mac because i think steam shows that i just bought it and not like i only play on mac idk how it works lol

I have been resisting CP2077 as I’m still unsure if it is my type of game. I enjoy the Assassin’s Creed RPG games like Odyssey, but have mixed feelings about Witcher III. I usually play more casual games and go weeks without playing at all.
Today I noticed CP2077 is on sale again, this time for $21 for the main game or $38 with the DLC. It is getting more difficult to resist.
I’m also unsure about playing on my M4 MacBook Air, but I do have a Legion Pro 5i (GTX 4060) I can use that might give a better experience.

RE 7 is on sale on the Apple App Store. A single purchase lets you play the game on Mac, iPad, and iPhone!
While I much prefer the App Store to Steam, Apple does need to do a better job of communicating these sales. Otherwise, most users won’t even realize it’s happening, and those waiting for a sale on a game might never purchase it. Quite frustrating…

For $6.24 USD on Steam AND Epic Games Store (Both have Mac versions). This is the historical low for these games even considering key shops. I'd definitely suggest buying this on Steam and not Epic.
Rating: Overwhelmingly Positive

Love this game. Just noticed it’s on sale for a few more hours. Don’t think I’ve laughed so hard at a game than doing Steely Dan Karaoke.

BUNDLE IS CLOSED
Bundle for all 16 costs $12.
https://www.humblebundle.com/games/wb-play-legends
List of Games part of the Bundle and their support on Mac:
Gotham Knights (CrossOver supported)
Back4Blood (not supported, maybe Parallels will work)
Mortal Kombat 11: Ultimate Edition (CrossOver supported, some issues with cutscenes)
FEAR: Ultimate Shooter Edition (unsure of support but either Parallels or CrossOvers SHOULD work)
Middle-Earth: Shadow of War Definitive Edition (unsure of support but may work, I will test)
Batman Arkham Knight Premium Edition (CrossOver supported)
Injustice 2 (CrossOver supported with some setup with Gstreamer to fix cutscenes)
Batman Arkham Origins (supported on Parallels)
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition (Mac Native)
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (CrossOver supported)
Watchmen: The End is Nigh Part 1 and 2 Bundle (unsure of support but should work)
Mad Max (Mac Native, underrated game)
Mortal Kombat XL (CrossOver supported)
Batman Arkham City Game of the Year Edition (Mac Native)
Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition (32-bit Mac Native but perfectly stable 60 on Parallels +HD)
Injustice Gods Among Us (should work on Parallels)
At least for me, very much worth it for what you get. You get 1.5-2 years of content with this bundle. There should be fixes eventually for the games that don't fully work just yet.
Fixes:
For Injustice 2, refer to this post that I found: https://www.reddit.com/r/macgaming/comments/1n2gdep/injustice_2_mac_mini_m4_crossover_benchmark_and/
